I'd like to request that webrick not automatically attempt to load ERB. 
 If it has to, either remove the complaint about it not being present, 
or at least make it a log entry (so it can be regulated).  I'm starting 
webrick repeatedly during some automated testing, and I find this very 
annoying (yes, I could get rid of it by installing erb, but then I spend 
time and memory loading it over and over again).
