Well, we are now in the last spurt of writing a book about internet
programming with Ruby (in Japanese unfortunately). So we can't have
time to translate now and in near feature.  But we would like to put
figures and sample code on web site if our editor permits. 
Can you get enough?

By the way, the article deals with 
  - basic sequence of WEBrick core
  - Sam Loyd's fifteen as a session example
  - and history-browsable proxy server
